To obtain credit on parts you wish to return you must comply with the following:
- Goods altered or damaged by the customer are not returnable
- Goods returned MUST BE indentified by an invoice number and part number
- Goods must be returned in a clean and resaleable condition with intact packaging
- Goods must be received back in the company's warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date
- No opened kits will be received for credit
- Freight on returned part is the customer's responsibility
- The warranty period on SECOND HAND PARTS is 3 months or 500 hours whichever occurs first. Tilly's warrant to replace the part or to provide a full refund. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labour. Warranty will not be provided on second hand parts that are sold either "as is" or "servicable".
- The warranty period on NEW PARTS is 6 months or 1000 hours whichever occurs first. The warranty is to replace the part, with one of equal quality or value, or provide a full refund. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labour.
