Warranty and Returns
              

We have a no-questions asked, money-back guarantee on all of our parts.

To obtain credit on parts you wish to return you must comply with the following:

  1. Goods altered or damaged by the customer are not returnable
  2. Goods returned MUST BE indentified by an invoice number and part number
  3. Goods must be returned in a clean and resaleable condition with intact packaging
  4. Goods must be received back in the company's warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date
  5. No opened kits will be received for credit
  6. Freight on returned part is the customer's responsibility
  7. The warranty period on SECOND HAND PARTS is 3 months or 500 hours whichever occurs first. Tilly's warrant to replace the part or to provide a full refund. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labour. Warranty will not be provided on second hand parts that are sold either "as is" or "servicable".
  8. The warranty period on NEW PARTS is 6 months or 1000 hours whichever occurs first. The warranty is to replace the part, with one of equal quality or value, or provide a full refund. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labour.
